Duties and Responsibilities | Cross Sell • Develop, launch and drive cross sell initiatives for sustainable profitability of the business • Responsible to drive business numbers from cross sell in line with business targets • Engagement with SPOCs and Key stakeholders of Cross Sell product partners (Insurance, asset care, wallet protect) to New Capability Development • Engagement with other businesses to assess best practices across product/process action streams • Identify product & process initiatives for driving numbers’ and productivity • Leverage COE for ideation and drafting capabilities suitable for business requirements Product management • Ownership of strategy and business update presentations of Monthly financials review and other important publications to Senior Management Team • Engagement with business stream owners and function stakeholders for Front End cost management, Operations Cost management & Collections metrics’ improvement Sales Governance • Design & implement productivity improvement initiatives for Sales and Distribution Management team • Monitor and assess Sales Governance indicators in line with business expectations; expectation is to infer and suggest requisite course correction measures for process fallouts • Manage Business RCA of Customer complaints and drive course correction measures |
Required Qualifications and Experience | • Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. • Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. • Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. • Excellent Interpersonal Skills. • Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. • Strong analytical skills. • High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). |
